Dr. Erik Gelke

Erik Gelke studied law at the University of Cologne. During his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court Cologne, he worked for law firms specialized in intellectual property law and media law.

Following his second state exam, Erik Gelke wrote a thesis on copyright law (Prof. Dr. Manfred Rehbinder, Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiburg). He worked at the Institute of Copyright and Media Law in Munich and further specializes in intellectual property law as an attorney since his admittance to the bar in 2012.

Erik Gelke advises German and international clients on various matters of Intellectual Property, particularly on patent law.
