Dr. Anja Doepner, LL.M.

Dr. Anja Doepner, LL.M., attorney since 2008, advises and represents German and international clients in intellectual property matters, especially in trademark and design law, as well as unfair competition with focus on the advertisement and promotion of medicinal products. Besides the counseling on the development of advertising and marketing strategies, especially on licensing matters, she has most notably special expertise in preliminary injunction proceedings.

Anja Doepner is specialized in intellectual property law since 2001, particularly by additional training at the University of Münster and by taking a Masters degree at the University of Düsseldorf. After her studies she received her PhD for a thesis on "Compulsory licenses with focus on the pharmaceutical industry". Before joining ROKH she worked as research assistant at the Institute for Information, Telecommunication and Media Law at the University of Münster and mainly concentrated on trademark as well as copyright related topics. Furthermore, she extended her expertise through several internships, amongst other at the WTO.

Anja Doepner publishes regularly on current issues of intellectual property law. Moreover, she is a speaker at various conferences, especially on procedural questions in competition law.
